TMC Belgium invites you to lead and grow a life sciences business unit from Zaventem, guided by an experienced director. You will act as entrepreneur and director of your own unit, shaping strategy and client delivery.

You will create and develop your customer portfolio, recruit engineers and scientists for your team, and collaborate with HRBP to place employeneurs. You’ll manage your consultants' career development and oversee contract negotiations and salary proposals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Management or Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

What we expect from you

• Graduate of a Master in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Management or Engineering
• You speak fluently Dutch and English.
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team
• Organized and rigorous
• Open and dynamic, you are a go-getter and have a sense of challenge
• You are fluent in English, Dutch & French
• You can work from our Zaventem office
