TMC Belgium is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to coordinate production schedules, manage material requirements, and maintain stock accuracy for smooth operations. You will collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to align plans with demand and capacity.

In this role you’ll drive process improvements, monitor performance, and leverage ERP/planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or OMP to optimise material flow and inventory levels across the site.

Qualifications

Fluent in Dutch and English.
Strong analytical thinking with data interpretation and decision-making.
Experience in production planning, material planning, or related supply chain functions.
Familiarity with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP).
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar environments.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain planning schedules to ensure product availability and operational continuity.
Balance demand requirements with production, supply, and inventory constraints.
Monitor planning performance and address potential supply chain risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align planning activities and priorities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning processes and tools.
