About the position

Do you want a broad supply chain role in which you bear both operational and administrative responsibility? As an Order Fulfillment & Logistics Administrator , you are the central point of contact for project orders, spare parts, warehouse activities, and data quality in AX12. You combine three classic supply chain domains in one position and play an important role in the continuity of the Belgian organization.

What you do as an Order Fulfillment & Logistics Administrator

Key tasks:

• Managing the entire project order cycle in AX12, including purchasing, delivery, invoicing, and closing;
• Processing spare parts and service orders, including contract management and credit notes;
