Job summary

SKIDATA, part of the ASSA ABLOY group, seeks an Order Fulfillment & Logistics Administrator in Zaventem to manage project orders, spare parts, and warehouse activities. You will ensure data quality in AX12 and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

The role combines hands-on warehouse duties with administrative finance tasks, requiring Dutch, French, and English proficiency and a proactive, learn‑and‑adapt mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain environments.
• AX12 familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Willingness to perform both warehouse duties and administrative tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Long-term commitment and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project order cycle in AX12, including purchasing, delivery, invoicing, and closing.
• Process spare parts and service orders, including contract management and credit notes.
• Perform warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory checks.
• Coordinate transport and liaise with logistics and external partners.
• Follow up on financial processes such as postings, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain and improve master data (customers, suppliers, items, projects).
• Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
