Louis Vuitton invites ambitious students to join its PIONEERS Internship program at the Brussels head office, supporting the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region. You will work on logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, omni-channel fulfillment, and process optimization across 14 stores in 8 countries.

The role emphasizes data analysis, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration, with a six to twelve-month internship giving exposure to luxury retail supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
• Internship agreement from your university is mandatory.
• Strong command of English.
• Knowledge of another local language (Dutch, French, Polish, Nordics) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across multiple countries and cultures.
• Client-focused mindset, initiative, accountability and proactive problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Support stores with daily operational and logistics requests, ensuring smooth product flow and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to anticipate and address stock needs.
• Follow up on client orders to ensure accurate fulfillment across all channels.
• Track omni-channel performance indicators to optimize supply chain responsiveness and client satisfaction.
• Assist in balancing inventory by assessing store product opportunities and working with the regional team to enhance stock health.
• Gather and analyze data to identify root causes of delivery or service disruptions.
• Monitor stock discrepancies and assist in dashboards and reporting tools for inventory analysis.
• Participate in inventory control processes, reporting, and deep dives for operational improvement.

Supply Chain Intern – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

In this position you will be part of the Supply Chain team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will support supply chain operations for our 14 stores across 8 countries, contributing to efficient product flows, accurate stock management, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This role will expose you to key areas such as logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, omni-channel fulfillment, and process optimization, giving you a deep understanding of supply chain excellence in a luxury retail context.

Job responsibilities

OPERATIONS

• Support stores with their daily operational and logistics requests, ensuring smooth product flow and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to anticipate and address stock needs.

PERFORMANCE

• Track key omni-channel performance indicators to optimize supply chain responsiveness and improve client satisfaction.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
