Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Supplier Quality specialist to lead supplier performance, develop supplier maturity, and ensure robust delivery continuity across Belgium and abroad. You will work with the Industrial Quality and Purchasing teams, guiding risk assessment and crisis response while traveling up to 30% of the time.

The role requires an engineering degree with a focus on Quality/Logistics or Supply Chain and at least five years in supplier quality or purchasing.

Formación

• Engineering degree with a Quality, Logistics, or Supply Chain orientation.
• Minimum 5 years in Supplier Quality and/or Purchasing/Order management.
• Experience in defence, aerospace, or similarly regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across sites and countries.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supplier performance, focusing on On Time Delivery and On Conformity Delivery at group level.
• Develop supplier maturity through on-site coaching and feedback on operations.
• Ensure continuity of deliveries with escalation and crisis management processes.
• Support capacity planning, stock planning, and risk analyses in supplier selection.
• Audit and qualify suppliers, manage orders, and oversee subcontractors in series production.
• Collaborate with Industrial Quality, Purchasing, and other ops teams; travel ~30% within Belgium and abroad.
