Capgemini Engineering in Belgium is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and technology in complex, regulated environments. You will lead discovery, define requirements, and build roadmaps while coordinating with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, and development teams for delivery.

Fluent in French and English, you will mentor analysts, shape solutions for defence and regulated sectors, and contribute to governance, KPI development, and presales, leveraging Power BI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a business, engineering, computer science, information systems, economics, data analytics or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in complex environments.
• Experience delivering digital transformation or technology projects with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Strong requirements engineering, process modelling, and data governance capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French fluency is mandatory for this role.

• Participate in presales efforts, shaping solutions for defence and regulated environments.
