DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Puurs is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for night shift to lead daily Crossdock operations and drive continuous improvements.

You will manage warehouse staff and team leaders, ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep supply chains moving. This role requires at least three years of supervisory experience in crossdock warehousing.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a supervisor in a crossdock warehouse.
• Track record with continuous improvement/change management initiatives.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operational activities in the warehouse (Crossdock operations).

You coordinate and manage warehouse employees and team leaders, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with prescribed safety, environmental, and quality standards. Additionally, you play a crucial role in process improvements and change management to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.

Tasks:

• Coordinating and optimizing daily warehouse activities (Crossdock operations);
• Implementing process improvements and overseeing improvement initiatives/projects (Change Management);
• Ensuring quality and service objectives are met, as well as compliance with safety regulations;
• Leading, coaching, and developing employees;
• Ensuring efficient communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You bring

• You have at least three years of experience as a supervisor in a crossdock warehouse. You have a track record with continuous improvements projects (change management).
• You are willing to work during the night shift (22-6u);
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You possess strong leadership skills, are stress-resistant, and have problem-solving abilities.
