DSV is seeking a Dispatch Administrator in Puurs to help keep daily transport and warehouse operations on track. You will register, analyse and follow up non-conformities, review warehouse lists, and ensure data accuracy while coordinating with drivers and operational teams.

Fluency in Dutch and English, with some French, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with dispatch and warehouse colleagues are essential.

As a Dispatch Administrator, you play a key role in keeping daily transport and warehouse operations on track. You ensure that deviations are identified, data is accurate, and communication between dispatch, drivers, and operations runs smoothly.

• You register, analyse, and follow up non-conformities related to dispatch and operations;
• You prepare, review, and deep-dive into warehouse lists, identifying deviations and operational bottlenecks;
• You process and validate operational data, ensuring correctness and completeness;
• You are in direct contact with drivers, answering questions and supporting daily dispatch activities;
• You follow up operational constraints and blockages, ensuring issues are tracked until resolution.

You bring

• Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role (within logistics or warehousing); Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret operational data;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with comfortable knowledge of French;
• Comfortable communicating with drivers and operational teams;
• Able to work independently while collaborating closely with dispatch and warehouse colleagues.
