DSV in Mechelen is seeking a Transport Administrator to support the transport team with critical administrative tasks and operational coordination. You will help ensure smooth daily shipments, accurate data handling, and timely communications within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires Dutch fluency, strong organizational skills, and experience with Excel. Rotating shifts from 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 are part of the schedule, in a company known for growth in global logistics.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in an administrative or back-office support role.
• Fluently expresses yourself in Dutch.
• Comfortable in a logistics, transport, or operational environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Solid Excel skills including VLOOKUP.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00).

You bring

• Initial experience in an administrative or back-office support role;
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch;
• Comfortable working in a logistics, transport, or operational environment;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP functions;
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset;
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00);
