Job summary

growwithstow in Belgium seeks an HR Administration support to assist with fleet management, meal vouchers, badges, and other HR admin tasks in a fast-growing environment.

You will also monitor workers' attendance in Pro Time and collaborate with a skilled team in Kortrijk region; Dutch and English fluency is required and living in Kortrijk is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Reside in the Kortrijk region in Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Administration tasks such as fleet management, meal vouchers, DKV, badges, mobile phones, and handling absences.
• Monitor attendance using Pro Time to ensure accurate timekeeping.
