stow Group is seeking a Site Supervisor SILO to lead on-site execution of silo projects in Belgium, ensuring safety, quality, planning adherence and financial discipline.
You will act as the on-site operational leader, coordinate subcontractors, review project documents, monitor progress and costs, and maintain ERP data (SAP). Fluent in Dutch, French, English and/or German, prepared to travel internationally 100% each week.

At stow Group, we are looking for a Site Supervisor SILO to lead and control the on-site execution of our silo projects, ensuring safety, quality, planning adherence and financial discipline.
As Site Supervisor SILO, you are responsible for the efficient and compliant execution of the on‑site project scope, in line with stow’s QSHE standards and Project Management Methodology.
You act as the operational leader on site and as the ambassador of stow towards clients and stakeholders.
Ensure all activities are executed according to QSHE standards and local legislation
Promote a strong safety culture and Lean mindset
Guarantee safe and qualitative execution on site
Review technical, operational and financial project documentation
Prepare mobilization of equipment and manpower
Instruct and follow-up the assembly supervisor
Identify risks and escalade to the Project Manager
Participate in site meetings and inspections
Monitor progress, quality and deviations
Manage subcontractors on site
Control certifications (equipment & personnel)
Ensure compliance with safety and assembly methods
Support claim management and variation tracking
Monitor budget and daily costs
Draft progress reports
Initiate purchase orders and validate invoices
Maintain project data in ERP systems (SAP)
Strong understanding of site safety (QSHE) regulations
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and on‑site teams
Solid financial awareness and cost control mindset
Structured, assertive, solution-oriented
Willing to work internationally andtravel 100% every week (Monday till Friday)
Fluent in Dutch, French, English and/or German
