Manuchar NV in Antwerp, Belgium is looking for a motivated Student Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting team at our headquarters. You’ll help process daily invoices using ABBYY and review captured data. No specific accounting background required; training provided.

We process hundreds of invoices daily, so you should stay focused and work efficiently. You can work at least half-time, ideally full-time, and there may be an opportunity to continue during the academic year.

Qualifications

• You are 18+ and looking for a student job.
• No specific accounting background is required.
• You work accurately while maintaining a good pace.
• You are hands-on, motivated and able to work through a high volume of tasks.
• You are available to start as soon as possible and can ideally stay until the end of September.
• You can work at least half-time, preferably full-time; both half and full working days are possible.
• There may be an opportunity to continue during the academic year at a different schedule.

Are you a hands-on and accurate student looking for a practical student job in an international environment?

Manuchar is looking for a motivated Student Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting team at our headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium.

In this role, you’ll help our team process the daily flow of incoming invoices. You’ll mainly work in ABBYY, our automated invoice processing tool, where you’ll review batches of invoices, check captured data and complete or correct information where needed.

We process hundreds of invoices every day, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working efficiently, can stay focused and isn’t afraid of getting through a high volume of work.

You’ll receive a training from the team to get you up and running. No specific accounting background is required.
