Proximus Global is seeking a Strategy Manager for the Engage & Protect unit to shape and deliver mid‑ to long‑term strategy. You will work with senior leaders to define priorities, drive transformation initiatives, and ensure impactful execution while partnering with the Engage & Protect leadership team, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

The role requires guiding complex programs across borders, aligning stakeholders, and tracking performance with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting.
• Strong track record in cross‑functional and international environments.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Strategy Manager – Engage & Protect (Business Partner)

Location: This role is based from Brussels, Belgrade, Bengalore or Mumbai and on a permanent contract (not freelance). You'll need to be able to come to the office 2 to 3 times a week.

About The Role

We are looking for a Strategy Manager for our Engage & Protect Business Unit - to play a key role in shaping and delivering our mid- to long-term strategy.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across the business to define strategic priorities, drive transformation initiatives, and ensure their successful execution and impact. You will act as a trusted partner to the Engage & Protect leadership team, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

What You’ll Do

Shape our strategy

Lead the definition and refinement of the Engage & Protect strategy, ensuring it is clear, actionable, and well understood across the organisation

Drive strategic insights

Conduct high-impact analyses to strengthen our market positioning and unlock new value opportunities in our enterprise business

Lead transformation initiatives

Partner with business leaders to design and deliver large‑scale transformation programs aligned with company priorities

Track impact and performance

Define success metrics and monitor progress of strategic initiatives, with regular visibility at Executive Committee level

Engage and align stakeholders

Build strong relationships across teams to secure alignment, foster collaboration, and drive momentum

Support change adoption

Help teams navigate transformation by providing structure, clarity, and practical change management support

About You
