You will work with senior leaders to define priorities, drive transformation initiatives, and ensure impactful execution while partnering with the Engage & Protect leadership team, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

The role requires guiding complex programs across borders, aligning stakeholders, and tracking performance with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting.
• Strong track record in cross‑functional and international environments.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into execution.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Shape our strategy by leading the Engage & Protect strategy refinement and ensuring clarity across the organisation.
