ITS Group Benelux is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Security & Information Security to lead a large-scale compliance and transformation program within a complex IT environment. You will own governance, drive multi-stakeholder coordination, manage risks and budgets, and translate security topics into actionable decisions with a strong focus on NIS2.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in program and project management.
• Proven track record in complex transformation or compliance programs.
• Strong experience in change management and multi-project coordination.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage the overall program governance, roadmap, and priorities.
• Coordinate multiple security-related projects and manage dependencies.
• Monitor program performance including planning, budget, risks, and quality.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and security teams.
• Translate complex security and compliance topics into actionable decisions.
• Support organizational change and adoption initiatives.
• Report progress to senior management and steering committees.
