Accenture Belgium is seeking a senior leader to drive complex transformation programs in the financial services regulatory and governance space. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and engage executives to shape outcomes and sustain high delivery quality.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, leadership experience, and a proven track record in large-scale transformations across banking sectors. Fluency in English and Dutch/French is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline as listed.
• 8-15 years in Financial Services, Banking Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Governance, Regulatory Advisory or Consulting.
• Proven experience leading large transformation programs and managing senior client stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead client transformation programs across banking, regulatory, risk, and governance projects.
• Define project vision, outcomes, and governance; ensure high-quality delivery.
• Drive executive stakeholder engagement and board-level decision making.
