ITS Group S.A. seeks a seasoned professional to drive business analysis, project coordination and change management within a strategic transformation programme. The role focuses on coordinating multiple workstreams, aligning stakeholders, and translating business needs into concrete initiatives.

You will support governance processes, monitor risks and dependencies, and contribute to change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5-6 years of professional experience.
• 3+ years in Business Analysis.
• 5+ years in Project and/or Workstream Coordination.
• Experience in Stakeholder Management.
• Experience facilitating workshops.
• Experience in transformation projects.
• Experience related to technical infrastructure, workplace environments or training facilities.

Responsabilités

• Support the operational execution of the transformation programme and transition phase.
• Coordinate and manage multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and collaboration.
• Gather, analyse and formalise business requirements.
• Support governance activities and management decision-making.
• Monitor actions, risks, dependencies and progress.
• Contribute to communication and change management initiatives.
• Translate identified needs into concrete workstreams and implementation plans.
