TiTANS Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the Head of Projects & Transformation in the operational execution of the Reshape Academy programme and its transitional phase.

You will coordinate thematic workstreams, manage stakeholders, formalize business needs, prepare decision papers and governance materials, and monitor actions and risks while supporting change management for the future Academy.

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years of professional experience in business analysis and project coordination.
• Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder working groups and transformation projects.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, formalize business needs and map processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prepare decision papers and governance materials.

Responsabilités

• Identify and structure workstreams required for successful delivery of the programme.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables and stakeholders for each workstream.
• Prepare roadmaps and action plans; organize and coordinate working groups.
• Identify risks and dependencies; prepare analyses to support management decisions.
• Consolidate stakeholder contributions and ensure progress reporting across workstreams.
• Support change management activities and communicate effectively with impacted communities.
