INEOS Belgium is seeking a Belgium Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement across Lillo, Geel and NOH, driving cost optimization, supply security and safe operations.

You will translate site needs into strategies, build a high-performing team, ensure governance, and manage S2C and P2P processes with SAP, GEP and supplier relationships.

This role requires senior leadership, multi-site chemical industry experience, and strong negotiation, analytics, and compliance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Procurement (or equivalent by experience).
• Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) preferred.
• Typically 10+ years in a Procurement management role in chemical/petrochemical and/or polymer industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end procurement across Lillo, Geel and NOH to optimize cost and secure supply.
• Translate site needs into aligned procurement strategies and governance.
• Own RFx, sourcing, S2C, and P2P processes for site indirect spend.
• Drive supplier performance, negotiations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent procurement at site-level leadership forums and EU level where needed.
