INEOS is seeking a Technical Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing, RFx processes and contract negotiations for EU Belgian sites in Lillo, Geel and Neder-Over-Heembeek. You will drive supplier performance, ensure HSSE compliance and manage P2P activities within SAP-enabled workflows.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in industrial procurement, CAPEX/REVEX experience, and strong governance, cost-optimization and risk management skills in a petrochemical context. Fluent Dutch/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with procurement focus.
• Certifications in CIPS/CPSM are an advantage.
• 4+ years in industrial or petrochemical procurement.
• Experience with CAPEX/REVEX procurement and technical categories.
• Strong governance and cost-improvement delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and tendering for engineering, maintenance, CAPEX and REVEX.
• Negotiate terms to secure best-value outcomes with suppliers.
• Align procurement deliverables with project schedules and budgets.
• Manage supplier performance and contract governance.
• Promote HSSE compliance across procurement activities.
