skeyes is seeking a Spatial Planning & Airspace Safeguarding Manager in Steenokkerzeel to lead the Urbanism department and coordinate complex files. You will implement policy, monitor strategic priorities and ensure efficient collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

You will combine strong people management with a policy-oriented approach, drawing on GIS, CRM and SharePoint tools to deliver high-quality standards and results in a dynamic aviation safety environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in people management and leading teams.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including external stakeholders and government bodies.
• Ability to create structure, set priorities and manage complex files.
• Experience in drafting, implementing and monitoring policy and action plans.
• Strong communication with senior management and the Executive Committee.
• Excellent conflict management skills and the ability to reconcile differing interests constructively.
• Urban planning or related field experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills, decisiveness and results-orientation.
• Fluency in Dutch and French with good working knowledge of English.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with GIS.

• Represent skeyes in consultations and external meetings.
• Ensure clear, professional communication regarding policy decisions.
