Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience.
• Bilingual French & Dutch with good knowledge of English.
• Passionate about recruitment and active search for candidates.
• Able to attract talent via different platforms.
• Interested in job fairs to raise skeyes profile.
• Experience with competency-based interview techniques, STAR method, psycho-technical and personality tests is a great asset.
• Able to analyse the job market to create attractive proposals for candidates.
• Sociable and pragmatic with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage administrative tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, priorities, and team spirit.

Responsabilités

• Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey—from drafting the job description through onboarding, including active research, screening, in-depth interviews, reports, and managing offers and contracts.
• Act as Hiring Manager's confidant by guiding managers through the selection process to identify and hire the best talent.
• Facilitate integration of new employees with a warm welcome and continuous follow-up through their first year.
• Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and carry out projects to boost efficiency and employer attractiveness.
• Promote skeyes to the public by participating in job fairs and building direct relationships with potential candidates.
