Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Strong writing skills and an eye for visual content.
• Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
• Comfortable analyzing engagement data and adjusting strategy.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars across platforms.
• Write captions and coordinate with designers to produce on-brand posts and reels.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow follower communities.
• Track performance metrics and report on what's working.
• Stay current on platform trends and adapt content strategy accordingly.
