Job summary

Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Social Media Expert to craft daily content and manage online communities for European projects. You will collaborate with multiple departments to publish engaging posts and expand our reach across LinkedIn and other platforms.

You will analyse performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into concrete engagement strategies. Fluency in English and experience with EU institutions or public sector projects are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in social media management and community management.
• Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms and managing online communities.
• Strong employer branding understanding and digital comm best practices.
• Experience with social media tools for management, analytics and reporting.
• Ability to translate data into actionable engagement strategies.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish engaging daily social media content with internal stakeholders.
• Build and expand distribution networks across social platforms.
• Manage online communities by monitoring conversations and responding to interactions.
