Mercury GmbH is seeking an experienced Construction Site Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of the logistics supply chain on a major construction site in Belgium. You will control material receiving, stores, and site facilities, while coordinating with planning, procurement and safety teams to keep the program on track.

The role requires experience with fast-track construction, strong leadership of a logistics team, and familiarity with SAP goods receiving and related processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction operations and on-site logistics.
• Strong capability to plan, sequence and coordinate material flow.
• Proven leadership of a logistics team on fast-track projects.
• Familiarity with SAP goods receiving and inventory processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project coordination tools.

Responsabilités

• Engage early with project planner, commercial managers and site leadership to align logistics with the build program.
• Ensure logistics activities are understood by the construction team and aligned with milestones.
• Anticipate issues and resolve using internal and external resources.
• Develop and optimise complex site logistics plans and asset usage.
• Manage on-site receiving of materials and SAP transactions.
• Oversee security, site signage, waste management and health & safety compliance.
