Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a Site Director in Belgium to assume full responsibility for a large-scale logistics operation, overseeing strategic, operational, commercial, and financial performance.

You will lead the local management team, deliver operational excellence, manage P&L and budgeting, and drive transformation and change programs across the site.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, or other complex operational environments.
• Strong track record of managing multi-functional operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading large teams and developing high-performing organizations.
• Drive operational excellence and business performance.
• Lead transformation, change, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French.
