Securitas is looking for a Service Manager in Machelen, Belgium. In this strategic role, you will manage a portfolio of key customer contracts, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, leading service improvements and maintaining SLA commitments. The ideal candidate is trilingual (Dutch, French, English) with 3-5 years of experience in Service Management.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Service Management, Contract Management, or Customer Success.
• Strong understanding of IT services and technology environments.
• Trilingual in Dutch, French, and English.
