Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking an experienced Account Manager from the security industry to strengthen our Sales organization in Belgium. You will develop long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position our advanced security solutions in your market segment.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations to translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions, drive order intake, and achieve commercial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Account Manager/Sales role.
• Strong understanding of Security and/or ICT technologies.
• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and demonstrate added value.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow your customer portfolio through proactive prospecting and strategic account management.
• Drive order intake and achieve commercial targets.
• Promote and sell security solutions such as video surveillance, access control, intrusion systems, ICT infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, and more.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions with internal experts.
• Identify new market segments and support lead generation initiatives.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong results.
