Nedap Security is seeking an Account Executive Belux to grow new business and manage key accounts across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will navigate complex commercial processes with organizations that demand high security, including critical infrastructure, multinationals, healthcare, industrials, and public entities.

You will build long-term relationships, translate challenges into Nedap Security solutions, and drive cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio, including AEOS, Mobile Access,

Qualifications

• Five years or more in strategic account management or complex sales preferred.
• Experience with large accounts in sectors like infrastructure/healthcare/public sector is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop long-term relationships across Belgium and Luxembourg with large organizations and critical infrastructure.
• Translate customer challenges into Nedap Security solutions and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Strengthen Nedap’s position with existing customers by driving account expansion and platform adoption.
• Take ownership of the complete commercial trajectory from discovery to proposals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with partners, SDRs, solution consultants, and international colleagues; visit the Vilvoorde office.
