ITS Group Benelux is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Security & Information Security to lead a large-scale compliance and transformation program within a complex IT environment. You will own governance, drive multi-stakeholder coordination, manage risks and budgets, and translate security topics into actionable decisions with a strong focus on NIS2.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in program and project management.
• Proven track record in complex transformation or compliance programs.
• Strong experience in change management and multi-project coordination.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Security & Information Security to lead a large‑scale compliance and transformation program within a complex, multi‑stakeholder IT environment. The role focuses on program governance, stakeholder management, and change leadership, with a strong orientation toward cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (NIS2).

Responsibilities

• Defining and managing the overall program governance, roadmap, and priorities
• Coordinating multiple security‑related projects and managing dependencies
• Monitoring program performance (planning, budget, risks, quality)
• Driving stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and security teams
• Translating complex security and compliance topics into actionable decisions
• Supporting organizational change and adoption initiatives
• Reporting progress to senior management and steering committees
