ITS Group Benelux in Belgium seeks a Cyber Security Strategy & Project Manager to lead strategic security programs, define roadmaps, and engage with senior stakeholders in a complex, regulated environment. You will translate cybersecurity objectives into actionable portfolios, drive initiatives from concept to delivery, and provide executive guidance on security priorities, investments, and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management and Cyber Security.
• Strong expertise in Information Security Governance, Risk Management, and Security Strategy.
• Proven experience with enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and portfolio management.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, ADKAR, CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are valuable assets.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain cybersecurity roadmaps, priorities, and investment plans.
• Lead complex security initiatives and transformation programs end-to-end.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Prepare executive presentations, governance materials, and decision-making support documents.
• Ensure alignment with security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security policies, procedures, and operating models.
• Drive communication and engagement across all levels of the organization.
