Job summary

Pfizer Brussels PCRU seeks a Participants Recruitment and Engagement Lead to shape recruitment strategy for healthy volunteers and special populations. You will translate site priorities into data-driven plans, oversee enrollment, and safeguard participant rights and privacy while guiding a multidisciplinary team.

In this role you will drive digital modernization, optimize vendor performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliant operations across the Brussels site and beyond, aligning with R&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life science, health, data science, or healthcare administration.
• 15+ years in clinical trial operations or recruitment; 7+ years in pharma/CRO environments.
• Experience evaluating or implementing advanced digital systems and AI-enabled tools.
• 5+ years leading teams and managing complex operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brussels PCRU participant recruitment strategy aligned with site priorities.
• Forecast enrollment, manage resources and budgets for recruitment activities.
• Ensure ethics, privacy and regulatory compliance in recruitment processes.
• Oversee data stewardship, privacy, and quality of recruitment data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Drive digital innovation and responsible adoption of automation.
