Job summary

The role drives ethical, participant-centered recruitment for Pfizer’s Clinical Research Unit, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with GDPR, and high-quality enrollment across healthy volunteers and special populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or healthcare administration is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of clinical trial operations or participant recruitment experience, with 7+ years in pharma/CRO.

Responsibilities

• Lead local recruitment governance and resource oversight, including capacity planning and budget management.
• Drive strategy and portfolio delivery with study feasibility and forecasting.
• Ensure privacy, data quality and governance for recruitment data; ensure compliance with Pfizer policies.
