Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a BR PCRU Participants Recruitment and Engagement Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for participant recruitment at the Brussels Clinical Research Unit. The role ensures ethical, inclusive, and participant-centered enrolment of healthy volunteers and special populations while safeguarding rights, safety and privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, health-related, data science, or healthcare administration discipline is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in clinical trial operations or participant recruitment, with at least 7 years within a pharmaceutical company or a CRO.

• Capacity and resource planning; recruitment governance and resource oversight.
• Strategic participant recruitment & portfolio delivery; predictive planning and protocol feasibility; compliance and process improvement; participant data stewardship.
