Job summary

Pfizer Inc in Brussels invites applications for the BR PCRU Participants and Recruitment and Engagement Lead role. The position oversees strategy, governance and execution of participant recruitment at the Brussels Clinical Research Unit, ensuring ethical, compliant and efficient enrolment of healthy volunteers and special populations.

The Lead manages a team, budgets, cross-functional coordination, and data privacy while driving digital innovations and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life science or healthcare administration with strong clinical recruitment background.
Minimum 15 years in clinical trial operations or participant recruitment; 7+ years in pharma/CRO.
Experience evaluating and implementing digital systems and AI-enabled tools to optimize recruitment.

Responsibilities

Lead local recruitment governance and resource oversight, including capacity planning and budgeting.
Develop Brussels PCRU recruitment strategy aligned with site priorities and timelines.
Ensure privacy, data quality and regulatory compliance for recruitment data.
Oversee vendor management, advertising, and cross-functional collaboration for efficient enrolment.
