Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or healthcare.
• 15+ years in clinical trial operations with at least 7 years in pharma/CRO.
• Experience evaluating and adopting advanced digital systems and AI-enabled tools.
• 5+ years in leadership of teams and complex operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment governance, staffing plans and vendor management.
• Lead strategic recruitment for Brussels PCRU with portfolio forecasting.
• Manage enrolment risk, privacy, and data quality across studies.
• Drive digital innovation, automation and responsible AI adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure inspection readiness.
