INEOS is seeking a Project Procurement Lead to join our O&P Europe team in Belgium. You will lead project-specific procurement for CAPEX/TAR across Geel, Lillo and NOH, ensuring compliant, timely sourcing and contracting aligned with project schedules and budgets.

You will drive RFx processes, supplier qualification, and contract negotiations, while maintaining HSSE/IGGN governance and delivering cost improvements within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business, Project Management or equivalent.
• Certifications such as CIPS or CPSM preferred.
• 5+ years in a Project Procurement role in industrial or petrochemical sectors.
• Experience with CAPEX/REVEX procurement and technical categories.
• Proven cost improvements and governance delivery.

Responsabilités

• Translate requirements into procurement deliverables and sourcing strategies.
• Develop project-specific procurement plans integrated into schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate early supplier involvement to de-risk scope and schedule.
• Lead RFx processes and contract negotiations for CAPEX/REVEX/TAR.
• Ensure HSSE and IGGN compliance in all procurement activities.
