INEOS is seeking an Operational Procurement Lead for its Belgian sites (Geel, Lillo and NOH) to ensure compliant and efficient Procure-to-Pay execution and strong governance. The role focuses on lean day-to-day procurement, data quality and supplier follow-up.

You will coach the team, drive improvements, manage supplier performance, and align with HSSE standards while leveraging SAP MM and GEP within a global petrochemical context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in procurement or related field.
• CIPS/CPSM certification preferred.
• 5+ years in procurement leadership in industrial setting.

Responsabilités

• Owns end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process for Belgian sites.
• Drive governance, data quality and continuous improvement in procurement.
• Lead and develop the Operational Procurement team and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with INEOS policies and HSSE requirements.
