Jobgether SRL in Belgium is partnering to fill a Project Manager – Strategy & Impact Business Enablement role. You will lead strategic initiatives, drive business enablement projects, and align with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across a flexible delivery approach.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and executive-level decision support, with opportunities to improve processes and project management maturity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of overall business experience, incl. 3–4 years leading projects or transformations.
• PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional PM methods.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business enablement initiatives through full lifecycle.
• Define objectives, scope, success measures, constraints, and delivery plans.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to crystallize business needs.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for delivery.
• Prepare executive-level updates, risk assessments, and options analyses.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery with backlog management and sprint planning.
• Coordinate workstreams across communications, marketing, digital, events, partnerships.
• Strengthen project governance and enablement practices across the organization.
• Coach stakeholders on effective delivery and collaboration.
