Keystone Solutions seeks a Medior Program Manager to lead a client-site consultancy program, coordinating business, IT, and supplier activities. You will plan milestones, manage risks, and ensure delivery quality and alignment with client needs.

You will oversee governance, reporting, and continuous service improvements, ensuring documentation and client satisfaction across engagements. This role requires strong stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and formalize client needs and requirements in line with the program, ensuring alignment between client needs, business teams, IT, and suppliers.
• Coordinate various stakeholders and ensure alignment between business teams, IT, and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines of the program.
• Consolidate workload estimates, costs, and resource needs necessary for the realization of developments and evolutions.
• Oversee and track the delivery of solutions and software adaptations, respecting deadlines, quality, and agreed commitments.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and discrepancies, coordinating the implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure the quality, compliance, and adequacy of delivered solutions with client needs and requirements.
• Manage program governance as well as regular reporting and communication with various stakeholders.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to the continuity, stability, and continuous improvement of services.
• Act as the application manager for access activities of the Administrative Center and contribute to client satisfaction.
