• Create the right conditions for collaboration, alignment, and engagement among all parties involved.
• Structure and coordinate initiatives by managing priorities, capacity, timelines, and dependencies.
• Establish governance and monitoring mechanisms to anticipate risks and enable decisions.
• Prepare governance meetings (SteerCo, Management Reviews, Portfolio Reviews) and ensure follow-up on decisions.
• Provide a clear view of progress and ensure the expected results are achieved.
