You will manage governance, planning, risks, and reporting, while maintaining documentation and ensuring delivery quality and on-time implementations across diverse stakeholders. Dutch or French and English language requirements apply.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and formalize client needs and requirements in line with the program, ensuring alignment between client needs, business teams, IT, and suppliers.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment between business, IT, and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor activities, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines of the program.
• Consolidate workload estimates, costs, and resource needs for developments and evolutions.
• Oversee and track delivery of solutions, respecting deadlines and quality commitments.
• Identify and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and discrepancies; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the quality and adequacy of delivered solutions with client needs.
• Manage program governance, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to continuity, stability, and improvement of services.
• Act as the application manager for access activities of the Administrative Center and support client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize client needs and requirements in line with the program, ensuring alignment between client needs, business teams, IT, and suppliers.


• Coordinate various stakeholders and ensure alignment between business teams, IT, and suppliers.


• Plan and monitor activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines of the program.


• Consolidate workload estimates, costs, and resource needs necessary for the realization of developments and evolutions.


• Oversee and track the delivery of solutions and software adaptations, respecting deadlines, quality, and agreed commitments.


• Identify, analyze, and monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and discrepancies, coordinating the implementation of corrective actions.


• Ensure the quality, compliance, and adequacy of delivered solutions with client needs and requirements.


• Manage program governance as well as regular reporting and communication with various stakeholders.


• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to the continuity, stability, and continuous improvement of services.


• Act as the application manager for access activities of the Administrative Center and contribute to client satisfaction.
