Atumind invites a seasoned Product Manager to own end-to-end product strategy for a leading industrial software platform that connects people, machines and real-time production data. You’ll sit on the management team, guiding a roadmap and aligning engineering, sales and project management to customer and market needs.

You will build a customer advisory board, engage with key industry leaders across Europe and North America, and define metrics to quantify adoption and impact, shaping the future

Qualifications

• Five+ years in product management for B2B SaaS/industrial software.
• Proven history of leading through influence with cross-functional teams.
• Experience from discovery through launch, adoption and iteration.
• Strong customer-discovery, analytical and prioritisation skills.
• Hands-on builder mindset, able to execute and deliver.
• Fluency in APIs, data flows and system architecture concepts.
• Commercially aware of growth, retention and scalability impacts.
• Confident in challenging assumptions and making tough calls.

Responsabilités

• Own Atumind's product vision, strategy and positioning and defend it against short-term pressure.
• Elevate product management into a structured, strategic discipline with clear processes.
• Turn customer needs and market developments into a focused, scalable roadmap.
• Build and chair a customer advisory board with industry leaders.
• Engage with customers, prospects and users to understand manufacturing realities.
• Monitor market trends (MES/WMS/WCS/MOM, industrial IoT) to guide build/buy/ignore decisions.
• Lead cross-functionally across Engineering, Sales and Project Management to align a single roadmap.
• Define success metrics and measure product adoption and impact with data.
