Alstom in Belgium is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define, deploy, and drive the product strategy and roadmap across the full lifecycle, from development to end-of-life, with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery.

You will collaborate with solution directors, procurement, and technical teams to improve time-to-market and governance, lead multidisciplinary teams, and manage product data, with emphasis on cybersecurity, availability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Technical degree mandatory.
• Minimum 4–5 years in system/product engineering or product management in digital/railway/automotive/aerospace sectors.
• Experience in product development across the full lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Define product strategy and formalize it in the roadmap.
• Manage product lifecycle status from introduction to end-of-life.
• Define new development projects based on needs (features, evolutions).
• Communicate roadmap progress and keep stakeholders informed through regular reviews.
• Control total product cost and implement competitiveness actions.
