Peripass is seeking a Hardware Product Manager to own the physical hardware offered on customer yards and the on-site integration systems. You will shape the hardware roadmap, select vendors, and guide installation and support strategies while aligning with field feedback and product goals.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Service Delivery, and Customer Success, travel to customer yards, and align with enterprise clients to improve reliability and serviceability of the hardware portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least four years of relevant experience owning, delivering or supporting hardware that shipped and remained in the field.
• Ability to work with installers and customer IT teams on site.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, logging and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Own the hardware portfolio and develop a hardware roadmap from field feedback and vendor landscape.
• Run field trials and pilots before general availability.
• Manage relationships with hardware vendors, integrators and installation partners; handle commercial terms and lifecycle.
• Ensure catalog offerings have up-to-date specifications, installation guides and support paths.
