Stark Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager to own a key part of a growing SaaS platform. You will drive discovery, strategy, and delivery, collaborating closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate customer insights into scalable product solutions.

You will shape the product roadmap, prioritise initiatives, and communicate decisions across the organisation while maintaining a strong user-centric focus and technical understanding.

Qualifications

• Experience taking products from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Strong product instincts with a user-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and technical discussions.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and translate broader company objectives into clear product priorities and initiatives.
• Conduct customer and user interviews and turn insights into concrete product opportunities.
• Identify problems and opportunities through user feedback, product usage and broader business needs.
• Define priorities, make pragmatic trade-offs and collaborate closely with Engineering to develop simple, scalable solutions.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions that can scale across customers.
• Monitor product initiatives and outcomes, identify what can be improved and take action where needed.
• Communicate product decisions and strategy across the organization and represent the product with customers, prospects and other stakeholders when needed
