Lansweeper's Product Management team is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own a product domain end-to-end—from strategy to delivery—aligning stakeholders and ensuring the right work is built in the right order.

In the coming 6–12 months, you will define a clear, defensible roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing, and mentor other PMs while maintaining high delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Own a product domain end-to-end with cross-functional coordination.
• Strong market research and ability to build structured proposals for new opportunities.
• Fluency in live presentations, written specs, and stakeholder readouts across formats.
• Experience engaging enterprise stakeholders and partners is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and defend your domain roadmap, presenting it in Product Leadership Team forums.
• Research opportunities, build the case for domain-level bets, and articulate the trade-offs leadership needs to weigh.
• Set the research approach for your domain and decide when validation is sufficient to move forward.
• Engage prospects and customers directly to gather feedback on existing capabilities and upcoming features.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering through the full product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery.
• Take accountability for delivery quality and pace across the domain, resolving blockers.
• Drive go-to-market activities including release communications and enablement with Product Marketing.
• Coach other Product Managers in your domain — including career conversations — without formal management authority.
