Editx in Brussels, Belgium is seeking an experienced product leader to define and continuously refine the product line vision, translate strategic goals into an insight-driven roadmap, and empower cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You will coach Product Managers across core competencies, lead important ceremonies like roadmap reviews and stakeholder updates, and align with clients, partners, and regulators to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define and continuously refine the product line vision and strategy in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product bets and an insight-driven roadmap.
• Empower product teams by providing the necessary context, autonomy, and support to solve complex problems.
• Lead key product ceremonies including roadmap reviews, weekly updates, and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Engage and align with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and federal or regional regulators.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Product Owners across core competencies such as strategy, discovery, and leadership.
• Set and monitor measurable KPIs and OKRs to ensure the successful delivery and performance of the product line.
