ELIA is seeking a Product Lead for Platform & Enablers Solutions Service (Expert) to own and drive a critical product line within PES. You will shape a clear, data-driven vision, translate strategy into bets, and ensure measurable value for customers, partners, Elia, and society.

The role emphasizes governance, autonomy, and collaboration with operations and account teams. You will coach Product Managers and Owners, foster outcome-focused ways of working, and align with regulators on priorities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record at senior or lead level.
• Strong experience owning a product line or end-to-end portfolio.
• Ability to translate product vision into a customer-focused strategy.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
• Experience engaging regulators and diverse stakeholders in energy contexts.

Responsabilités

• Ensure regular customer conversations to steer product direction.
• Run structured product experiments to validate bets and iterate.
• Represent product senior leadership in governance and decision forums.
• Enable operational feedback loops across teams and functions.
• Improve product line solutions by aligning with market needs and priorities.
• Align customer account managers to ensure coherent product delivery.
• Leverage client account knowledge to refine roadmaps and bets.
• Develop six core competencies within the product org.
• Define product team roles and development plans.
• Set measurable product KPIs and governance for roadmap execution.
• Own product line budget and track performance against targets.
• Engage federal and regional regulators on priorities and solution design.
